I saw last weeks episode and it was excellent. Will catch up on last nights episode on iview. I made the curried eggs he had cooked, very spicy! I used only 2 green chillies, not 3 and it certainly had a bite.

Also made me want to visit India.

Hally, I watched the first episode on my ipad last week, and I was hooked. He's got such a likeable persona, and he's full of information.

I've only been to Calcutta. Such a colourful and rich place. Very different. The poverty and car honking were a bit disturbing though.

It's the second in the series and I have seen the book in the General Trader and I'm sure it's in the ABC shops.  Most probably cheaper from the Book Depository though.  He spends time in India every year at Goa but it's nice to see him going to different places this time.  Looking forward to him going to Jaipur where we hang out to see what he makes.

I have been looking through this book.  Some of the recipes sound wonderful.

Just a reminder that the UK tablespoon is equal to 3 tsp here in Oz.  There are a lot of tablespoons mentioned for the spices and that extra tsp can make a heck of a difference.  ;D
