Omg !! What have I done !!  I picked up the wrong cloth and wiped the front panel of my thermie with the cinnamon oil cloth I had just wiped the benches with ( to deter ants )...   It has rubbed half my numbers off !!   Can the front panel be replaced ?. I can't have it looking like this. 😭

BT, some people had cracked panels and they were replaced so get in touch with your consultant or HO and see what they can do for you then banish that cloth from anywhere near your Thermomix.  You poor thing, you must have been horrified to see the results.

Thankyou... I'm so annoyed, how stupid !!   I've tried to find out where the service centres in Victoria are but can't find any info..

BT, as JudyDawn mentioned, you need to go back to the consultant who sold you the Thermomix.  He/she will organise the service and service report for you.

BT,  the service center in Melb is at the end of Toorak Rd.  But as suggested , do it through your consultant.

BT I don't have a consultant anymore and when I needed help I rang the 1800 number and they put me through to the Melbourne office.

Thankyou, I don't have a consultant either, number disconnected...    Toorak rd is a bit of a drive but I could do some clothes shopping and get coffee, it's been a while... :-).      Thanks everyone, I still can't believe  I did this..  Am sure it's going to cost me dearly.. Grrr

Well you learnt something BT, that's pretty powerful stuff you were using - no wonder it keeps the ants away  ;D

Pure cinnamon essential oil... Very potent stuff..     I'm blaming the ants !

At least ants won't go anywhere near your thermomix. :D I can imagine how distressed you were, I'd be in tears.
