Title: Red Cabbage & Sprout Salad with Tamarind Dressing - KIS p97

Makes a large salad enough for 8-10 people. Much nicer than a coleslaw as it quite refreshing with the light dressing, cucumbers and bean sprouts. I will definitely make this again.

Note my gorgeous Vera Wang salad servers from the Gracetown forumfest  ;)

Looks great CP and although I didn't make it to your forumfest, I do remember the discussion regarding the salad servers.

I have about 4 cheapie plastic sets, but the first set to come out at my place are the Vera Wangs. Everything else is secondary  :D
