Title: New to Thermomix
Post by: vmc513 on January 23, 2014, 10:30:32 am: Hi all, what a wonderful forum. I've really enjoyed reading all the masses of information everyone has generously shared. I have taken the plunge and I received my thermomix today. I am really looking forward to learning how to use it. A new obsession lol.

Post by: vmc513 on January 25, 2014, 07:43:25 am: Thanks everyone. So far I have cooked chocolate custard from the EDC. I have steamed corn and vegetables in the varoma. Made the brown rice and quinoa salad, sorbets 2 varieties. At the moment I have just cooked the kidney bean cake from the community. Savoury mince is in the tm and I'll be cooking the EDC mashed potatoes to make shepards pie for dinner. I've ground coffee beans and heated water to 80 degrees for my plunger today. It's odd not having to stir everything. Lovin my tm
