Title: TM31 heats up automatically in the 'close lid' mode

Hello all,

We have our TM31 for already 4 years and are very satisfied with its versatility. However, since 2 weeks ago, it started to heat up automatically every time when we switch it on. To make it more clear: we did not assign any temperature; the temperature goes up by itself as soon as we switch it to the 'closed lid' mode. Is there any way for us to reset it? We really hope to find a solution asap so that we can enjoy cooking with Thermonmix again!

Welcome to the forum ginger lou.
There is a posting about this problem here (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=5408.0) It looks like you can't reset it and you will need your TM to be looked at by the techs.
