Sorry Halex to mislead you but I don't use my Thermomix as a slow cooker.
But I do make sauces and prepare ingredients in my Thermy to cook in the Slow cooker IYKWIM.
This is just a guide for converting recipes between stove, oven and SC.
I just found it useful and thought others may as well.
