Post by: Sobriquea on July 21, 2014, 10:09:16 am: my name is Sobriquea and I have just registered. I have been a keen user of my Thermomix for thirteen years now and would not miss it for a single day, only when I am on holiday. I am always looking for new recipes and love to try them out!

You're much more experienced than we are here, I've had mine for almost 6 years and the TMX is selling well here in Australia. We'd love you to try some of our recipes and let us know what you think and likewise, we'd love to try some of your favourites too.

I treated myself to the TM 31 three years ago after 10 years using the TM 21. I use first thing it every morning to prepare a Swiss style muesli (Bircher Muesli), then in the evening to cook supper but not every night I have to admit, I also like cooking in the old fashioned way on the stove or in a slow cooker but it is often useful when preparing meals. At the weekends I do a lot of baking, being a 'cake person'.
