Oh, dear. You're not supposed to look at it yet :-[, I'm still in my baby shoes when it comes to eating vegan food. I'm not even a "real" vegan, i. e. I'm doing it for myself and not really for the animals. But I'm having a great time in the kitchen, I can tell you ;D Even the kids are eating my food :D

Plus: I feel great!!!!

vivacity - you need to include something in your signature about it being a "vegan" blog and a link.

Sorry to have exposed you before you are running.

Hi Vivacity - your blog will be very interesting - can't wait to see all your great vegan recipes.  I have a customer whose son can't eat eggs, dairy, wheat, soy and peanuts, and I know she'll be interested in seeing your dairy and egg-free recipes!  How do you post comments on your site?  I couldn't figure it out.  That seitan looks interesting - is it a meat substitute? Jo.

Looks like she's turned comments to Hide.

I've just checked my comment setting and it is set to "show", but I've now allowed comments from anyone, even anonymous users. At the weekend, when I have a little more time, I am going to try out a few more vegan recipes and then post them if they are any good. My aim is to only post recipes that I've tried out, so progress may be a bit slow on my blog ;)
