We enjoy our cookies so I thought I would give these a try. I reduced the castor sugar to 50g and the light brown sugar to 60g. I thought it may have been too much but DH actually commented that he liked them with no persuasion from me. :D
These made a very soft cookie. My butter was quite soft.
