Title: Any ideas for left over lemon skin?

Hi everyone,

I made the fresh lemonade today which was delicious, but now have all the lemon peel
left over.

Does anyone have any ideas what i could use it for? Seems a waste to throw it away.

Can dry it and grind it it up as a Flavour for cakes and biscuits.
Can make your own peel,( use in Xmas Puds and under steamed puds)  I have posted somewhere on the process. I always keep small packets frozen .
Strip of candied peel dipped in chocolate.
