Title: Recipe Review: Stuffed Vegetables UK Basic Cookbook page 182.
Post by: Cornish Cream on January 10, 2015, 06:54:14 pm
I used the recipe chip.
Very fiddly to make, ugly to look at but very tasty. After reading the ingredients list I decided to add grated Parmesan cheese (90g) to the stuffing.Increase the herbs if not using cheese.I thought the stuffed onions were the tastiest but DH and DS thought they were all good.
I served them with baked beans to up the protein.

You should live closer CC.  Today I picked a bucket full of "huge" zucchinis that were hiding and could use this recipe!

It definitely needs cheese in the stuffing Dot. ;)
