Page 80.
Have been slightly slack on the Thermomix front lately so this week I have only Thermomix meals on the menu.
I used soy sauce so didn't add any extra salt. Both my husband and I thought it was delicious however the kids weren't so impressed (but they don't like avocado so that could have been the issue). Thankfully I have two thermomixes so whilst the rice was cooking in my TM5, I made the soy seeds mix in my TM31 to save time.
It does make a huge quantity so unless you are catering for a party, next time I would halve the mix.
Please excuse the messy bowl - it was a thrown together dinner after kids dance classes.

Kyton, I would eat that. I may have to get that book if there are more like this in there. :D

It really is lovely - we are having leftovers today for lunch.
All my meals this week are out of the same book and the Low Carb book.
