Title: Recipe Review. Crunchy Carrot Salad, page 54 A Taste of Vegetarian

This is quick to make and extremely tasty. Perfect for having lunch with the family or as part of a group of salads for guests. The only change I made was to chop the parsley on Speed 7. It didn't chop much at all on speed 5.
I was surprised as all the family enjoyed it.

Looks nice Cookie, DH & I have not had much appetite lately, and he lost his taste for things. This looks like one to definitely try. Thanks for your effort in making it.
