Title: Temperature not working

Please help! I set temperature at certain degree, however the temperature keep blinking for 45 sec to 1 minute then  automatically off even thermomix is still working

Have you phoned your consultant Lay ai?

Have you set a time first? The temperature won't rise unless you have set a time.

Thank you. Will try set the time, if still cant work then will call the consultant.

Lovely news. You always must set a time for the machine to heat.
