Title: Recipe Review Quiche Lorraine. TM5 Basic Book and Chip Australia

I made this using the chip, last night. It is very nice, but I have made Quiche Lorraine that I think is nicer. It is easy to make and an easy recipe to follow. The bookmark feature on the chip is handy too as I made the pastry and then went back and made the filling later.  I did blind bake the pastry though.
