Sorry, I don't like junket much. It's ok when it's first eaten but after that it seems to go all yuk!  They are childhood memories though, so things may have changed.

Made it last night and just used the TM to get the milk to 37 degrees.
I have to say it looks ok until you put a spoon in it and then, yuk, it sort of separates.
It was a request from hubby so I shan't be eating it. He says it tastes fine and will eat the lot.
I shall give it a wide berth!
