Hi!
My name is Susanne, I live in the nothern part of Germany.
I cook for a family of four and have used the Thermomix for 3 years now. My favorite are vegetarian meals and raw food. Sometimes I do eat meat, but the amount is neglectable. Over 20 years ago I bought my first grain mill and started on using different grains, ground fresh.
Okay, more questions?

Hi,
Great to have you here.. Nice to have a NATIVE Thermomixer, from Germany :-)
You must be very experienced. 3 Years... Do you have nice recipes to share? The RAW board needs filling up. ;)
Looking forward to hearing LOTS more from you

Hey,
I never thought of myself as a Native Mixer before ;D. I can see already how much itīs going to be here!
But please donīt think of me of native German Cook... I still run for my mother in law for traditional recepies.
@Tebasile: Iīm glad you draged me here!

Welcome Susanne, I hope you didn't need too much dragging to come here. It's a great, helpful forum.
-
Thank you guys!
No, she didnīt really have to drag me. Last week I surched my heart out to find an english 'speaking' forum.
I will enjoye this very much. First: there are so many great recipes here, second: you guys seem to be a lot of fun, third: I keep my mind twisting by translating my recipes, wich is harder then I thought, fourth: I have to write in English wich is great, I would hate to loose that skill.
Talking about me translating my recipes: please do correct me when you find any kind of mistakes! I love being corrected :)!

Welcome Susan! If you have a good Bavarian Pretzel recipe for the Thermomix I would love to know it :)
-
Wow,

I do have an recipe for Bavarian Pretzels, but it is one with a mix of Spelt and Kamut ground freshly, not with white flour.
Iīll get arround it this week (I hope).
