Hi all,

I recently went to a demo for Thermomix and was converted.... within seconds! 
My 'Henry' as I have named it... arrives in a couple of days.
Sooooo very excited and can't wait to get into using him.

Welcome MyHenry. I love the name of your machine that is coming. You will be counting the 'sleeps' until he arrives and then wow!
Keep us informed to how things are going. It is always interesting to read about other peoples experiences with the TMX, and I think we all learn from them.

That is Victoria - Australia.  Actually country Vic - Mt Macedon.
