Hi all, we've now had out TM31 for two weeks now and man!! what a machine, it was expensive but well worth it. As my wife and i have become recent converts to being Vegans it has made it so much easier perparing food. So happy with it.
Cheers
Craig.

Welcome Craig to you and your wife.

Welcome Craig - there are a few vegans here - sorry i am carnivorous, but do post some vegan recipes. Just thought of a good one a few days ago - but now it's gone. Think that it was a tofu recipe ?? -old age

Another carno here, but love vegetarian too. Welcome to our fabulous forum!

Hi Craig, my baby is only a week younger than yours and it sounds as though you are enjoying it as much as I am - it keeps me awake at night and constantly craves my attention but is well worth it! Happy cooking!!

Welcome Craig. I recommended the TM31 to an old school chum of 70 yrs and living alone now. After the passing of his wife he could not boil water! Now with the machine in his possession he cooks on a daily basis and emails me recipes and photos of his dishes. He is absolutely over the moon with it. Re the vegetarian part: I too noticed that I eat mainly vegetarian and lost the appetite for meat somehow. Since I also cook for my doberman dog and when making a raw salad of various green and other colour veges and an apple and lemon thrown in on speed 5 for 2 seconds, my dog gets half of that into his food and I make a dressing for the other half for myself. It is absolutely brilliant and very healthy and you chew like a rabbit.... I lost too many dogs to cancer and since it cannot be the environment I figured it is the tinned food, hence I cook for the dog and at 11 yrs of age he has never seen the vet yet, sprints across the paddock with me, ahem, he sprints and I walk! Got to be clear about that, and has a very shiny coat.I even bake his biscuits in the machine or rather prepare the dough and bake them in the oven.Enjoy your machine! P.S. I do buy nothing but organic veges and fruit and those that are preferably grown on homeland.

Inkha, it sounds like you and your doberman eat very well.
