Title: Lemon Butter Help

Hope someone can help me, I want to make the lemon butter recipe I found here, but I am wondering does it have to be stored in glass jars or can I store it in Tupperware.

Personally I don't see why you couldn't store it in Tupperware. Naturally you would have to wait until it cooled a bit.

Doesn't have to be glass, or  Tupperware - but not metal.  Keep in the fridge though for sure.

Thank so much, just in the middle of making chocolate truffles, so will make lemon butter next.
