Hi
I just went to a demo on the weekend. My friend had told me about this fandangle machine & how much it cost beforehand and I thought that there was no way that I would even consider buying one. However, upon seeing what it could do, tasting some yummy food at the demo (creme brulee-one of my favourites!) and looking at possible recipes on the forum; I have decided that I have to have one for myself. This is the first time in years I have been excited about cooking. I put my order in and now I just have to wait until it comes. I told my sister about it today & now she says she needs one too! We were busy looking at the recipes on the forum & got stuck on the desserts pages & that was the real clincher!

Hi and welcome (again, I posted a welcome somewhere else) pandateddy. Better move on from the desserts, you'll put on weight before you even start cooking :D :D :D Have a look in mains for some great meals. Be great if your sister gets one too.

Welcome Pandateddy - the desserts seem to proliferate here. I made another on SUnday that I need to post.
Enjoy your time here - hope the machine arrives soon.

Welcome Pandateddy. Where are you from? I agree with you and your sister, you just have to have a machine. It will inspire your cooking.

Hi pandateddy and welcome to the forum - I was never that enthusiastic about cooking until I bought my TM and joined the forum ;D ;D ;D. Have fun when it arrives.

Hi Pandateddy, you are about to have the time of your life. Could I make a couple of suggestions ?
1. Take annual leave so you can spend lots of time playing with your T.M.
2. Stock up on eggs, lemons, and raw beetroot.
3. Buy some of those cheap stainless dishes from the $2 shop.( good for placing on top and weighing things.)
I'm only half joking.

Hey chookie, hope you're not having a go at my OBSESSION with beetroot - a bit over the top I know ;) ;) ;D ;D

That's not an obsession, Wookie - that's just plain common sense ;D
