just had to share the excitement.  Had my demo last night and ordered my TM ;)

It was amazing to see how quick the skeptics were converted.   Oh well yippee - I'm now desperate to start.

What should I start with first??

THere's a thread somewhere on suggestions on what to try first and peoples favourites.  I'd say just start with some easy recipes first, custard, dips, bread, cake/biscuits etc. Then something like beef stroganoff or there are some fantastic other recipes here on the forum.

I do want it NOW.  But just caught your thread Meagan on thing to stock up on which then links to the top 10 pantry items etc.
