Title: Indian Cookbook
Post by: gertbysea on December 08, 2009, 05:03:10 am

I have been asking my consultant for the Indian cookbook for months. Today she informed me once again she has missed out. If the cookbook cannot be supplied then I think some recipes could at least be posted in the forum for all of us who want to try them.It is certainly no fair that people have the privlidge of tweaking them while the rest of us don't get even a peek.

I thank baf65 for posting the Bhoona Gosht.

Very frustrating.

Gretchen, I rang head office and got them to post out a copy to me.  Cost me $9 for postage, but at least I didn't have to wait too long.

have to be careful posting the recipes too as it would breach copyright and I imagine it is easily available in the UK since it is one of their cookbooks  ;)

Interesting JulieO that if they have copies to send out individually why then can  they not supply the consultants.  Which head office did you ring? I will give them a call. Thanks. :-*

Gretchen, it was a while ago when they first arrived in Australia.  I looked up the 1800 number on the TM website and rang.  Worth checking to see if they have any.

You got to laugh. State of the world and all I want is a cookbook! Sad case I m.

HI All,

As of Dec 22nd, I am still waiting for the Indian Cookbook as well. :-[
I have phoned Perth Head Office, and they are STILL out of stock ( dammit, I was hoping to have it as a Chrissy Present)...

Probably for the best, as I am 8.5 months pregnant, and cannot tolerate spicy foods...... ;D

I've been hunting high and low in Germany to find a Thermoserver. The only ones they sell over here are made of plastic and look really cheap :(

Keep your eye on ebay, I think one went on there for $70 aud but of course then you would need to pay for shipping too

i see that the Indian Cook problem may be solved.    If it arises again,  why can't we convert the most popular recipes  ourselves.?
We dont eat a lot of Indian food but I would be prepared to have a go.
