Title: Quick Apple Crumble

Name of Recipe:Quick Apple crumble
Number of People: 6
Ingredients:
Bottom
6 Apples,peeled, cored and qartered
100gr sugar
teaspoon cinnamon

Top
2 weet-bix
50 gr butter
50 gr sugar
20 gr bran
50 gr oats


Preparation:

Turn on to speed 4 and drop in apple quarters onto running blade. Turn off a few seconds after last quarter is dropped in.
Add sugar, cinnamon. Set temp to 100o, time 10 minute. reverse speed 1.
Tip cooked apple into ovenproof dish


Prepare topping without washing TM.  Add weetbix and turbo once to break up.  Add all other ingredients mix on speed 2 for 5 seconds.  Pour ove cokked apple.  Warm in oven before serving

Jackiej that is the sort of dessert we need here at the moment with lots of lovely icecream.
