Title: Limoncello Sorbet APMSAM

I have just spent some time looking for this, so I have copied it here to make it  little easier to find.


LIMONCELLO SORBET
2 cups of Ice Cubes
1/2 cup of sugar
zest of 1 lemon,
120mls frozen lemon juice
120mls Limoncello

Place sugar and zest in TM bowl for 10 seconds on speed 9
Add frozen lemon juice and half the ice cubes. Slowly turn speed dial to 10. Add remaining Ice cubes and Limoncello after 20 seconds and blitz for 1 min. Sorry didn't write down the weights (g) when converting recipe.

Yum sounds good.  I'm actually in the process of making my own limoncello.  Takes a total of 80 days, am on the 2nd lot of 40 days at the moment so will be ready early next month.  Will have to try this recipe when it's ready.  ;D
