Hello!!!!!

I am now blessed to have a Thermomix residing on my kitchen bench!  Lucky me!

I live in Brisbane, Qld and have three sons, DS#1 - almost 8, DS#2 - 4.5 and DS#3 - 21months.  I have recently welcomed DS#4 - Theo the Thermie - age 4 days!

I have coeliac disease and I suspect DS#2 is gluten intolerant to I will be frequenting the special dietary threads!

I look forward to sharing tips, recipes and stories.

Hi cef 77, welcome to the forum.  You will find GF recipes here and of course, you probably have the TMX GF cookbook.  We aren't GF but I have done a couple of recipes from that book, particularly like the moussaka recipe. Have fun with him  ;)

Welcome to the Forum cef 77,  sounds like you have your hands full.    T.M will certainly help once you work out all the marvelous possibilities.

Welcome! You'll find heaps on here to keep Theo Thermie busy. 77 is my year too!  ;)
