Welcome to the forum, Dani and thanks for posting such an interesting looking recipe - the tahini dressing looks good as well.
PS Looks as though I'm a bit late with the Welcome - ah well, better late than never, perhaps Dani still looks in on the forum from time to time and will catch up with this message then!

I like the sound of that dressing.
I can't get baby vegetables, but would like to try that dressing with other veggies. Thanks!

Thanks for this very interesting recipe Dani. Might be a good one for the Xmas table.
-
Agreed Chookie. I had printed it off for that purpose. Do you have a hot or cold lunch at Christmas?
-
When i do Xmas I do the hot traditional for lunch with cold for Dinner. This year my daughter is doing lunch, so we will do as we are told. ;D ;D ;D I think it will be a BBQ. I will enjoy what ever, and enjoy the littlies and all their antics. She likes the Celeriac salad from the EDC book so will be making this. As she is a Fly Fisher, I think we may have a whole smoked trout. We will see.

Wow, someone who fly fishes. I do admire the way they can put the fly just where they want it. It looks very skilful. I just cast the rod over the side of the boat and hope for the best.
We have cold lunch and leftovers for dinner.
