Chocolate Marble Italian Meringues

I have to admit that I did not make the meringue for this in my TMX. Therefore it is probably only a review of the recipe. I put Lindt Orange Intense chocolate through mine and they are really lovely.  I look forward to making more with different flavour chocolate. I started to pipe mine, but I found  piping them sort of smoothed out the chocolate in them and they were better 'dolloped' as the recipe says.

Thanks cookie1 - the ones on the calendar look swirled from a piping bag ?

Probably done by Fiona Hoskin - they look very professional and not rustic dollops.
