Title: Ice cream

Hi Everyone. Just wondering if any body would have the recipe for salted caramel  maple ice cream that they are having at the new xmas demos. As I live in the bush and can`t get to any demos I would like to try the recipe. Sounds pretty tasty. Thanks all

Best to contact TMX Australia or Tenina - sure they will help.  If not I can tell you after Nov 25 when the class is held in Melbourne.

Hi there Intrepidtrier..the ice cream recipe you refer to is my finest hour thus far I must say! It will feature as January in the new Calendar (woops did I say that???) You never heard it from me! ;D
