Title: Hiya from Central Coast NSW!

After a recommendation from AussiesLivingSimply site and my sister being the new TMX consultant, I finally bought my own TMX for xmas last year.

So far no regrets!  ;D

Still trying to work it through and waiting for the other cookbooks to arrive before I get to really play hard on my TM!

I have a few questions and will post them in appropriate sections.

Hi darls (sounds a bit familiar saying that doesn't it) welcome to the forum.  Having a sister as a demonstrator you were a sure fire bet to end up with a TMX but you will have no regrets.  It will open up a whole new method of cooking and you will do things you have never done before.  Why?  Just because you can  ;D ;D  Whilst you are waiting for your cookbooks, check out the recipes on this forum.  You will go a long way to beat them.

WElcome darls.  As JD says - try out these recipes on here and read up the reviews on the recipes from the books as many have been tried, discussed and tweaked. Have fun
