Hi there everybody!

I haven't been on the forum much lately (too busy) and I sure do miss it  :( and you  ;)

Thought I'd mention something that may be of interest to TMX consultants out there. One of my favourite videos has just been released publicly on YouTube and I've reviewed it on the blog.

This is a promo video (made by one of the Canadian distribuors) that has four award-wining chefs talking about why they like TMX. It's a very well produced video that will inspire those who already know the machine and is also quite eye-opening to those who are new at it or considering purchase.

Thanks for sharing this TMB.  I watched it this morning, and it was very interesting.  I'm sure it will spark a lot of interest in the industry.

Yes, Thermomixer that is a problem  :( I understand. That said, I still think this one is worth watching. It was in production for quite some time, and makes a few convincing points. Too bad about that slow YouTube factor... Someone here suggested people can just click on the video and then walk away and do something else for a while, then return and it will be ready to play...

Thanks TMB, I remembered that hint too and blow me down, it does work :D :D :D Went off whilst it buffered it's way through then there were no pauses whatsoever when I clicked on it again.   If only those chefs had given us the recipes for what they were making.
