helsbels - it was super easy to make (although does create a lot of washing up due to all the separate bowls needed!). The entire family LOVED this - the coulis goes so well with it, and it was surprisingly light tasting - I thought it would be ridiculously rich, but it really wasn't. A massive hit! Thank you x

Good work faffa_70 - your ingredients say Hazelnut meal - but you used whole hazelnuts and ground them ?
Very decadent - how many serves for the teenagers?
-
OOPS fixed it ;D ;D
Yes very decadent, has been birthday time in this house, 4 kids down, 1 to go in 4 weeks. Am caked and cheesecaked out. Have another to post soon too (mars bar flavoured this time)
The teens would make this three servings - one third each if I let them loose with the knife!!!! :-)) :-)) :-))

What a gorgeous looking cheesecake.

Nice to see you back posting recipes Kathryn - sounds like you will be needing a rest from baking after the last birthday is over.

I'll let you know how it tasted tomorrow - I am taking it over for a family buffet.
