Title: A couple of good TM21 models for sale.

These are through a chef here in Melbourne.

The TM 21 is a very efficient machine and would be great for people wanting to get into TMX at a lower price.

I am not involved - just passing on a message from Twitter to people who may be interested.

Hi, does anyone know what the main difference is between the TM21 and the TM31.
I have a TM31, but am interested in another.

From discussion on here I gather that the TM21 doesn't have the reverse function for stirring.
