Title: Has anyone tried Gnocchi form EDC

Thermie arrived today and we have developed a close relationship already!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DD wants to make gnocchi tomorrow - does anyone know if there are any tweaks needed with EDC recipe?

Hi Johnro.....I am sure you will have plenty of fun experimenting  ;)
There is so much information here to get you on your way.

We really enjoyed the ricotta gnocchi (from the vegetarian book).

We often make them Johnro. We sometimes manage to freeze some too.
