Yes! I like chicken! :)

Almond Chicken:
Ingredients:
600g chicken breast
Flour
30g EVO (5+25)
40g blanched whole almonds
1 red onion (quartered)
150g boiling water
10g TM veggie stock
20g blanched almond flakes
Salt, black pepper
Nigella seeds (optional)
Preparation:
* Cut chicken into pieces. Sprinkle with a little salt and coat with some flour
* Put 5g EVO and blanched whole almonds in TM Bowl and cook for 3 minutes at 90ºC on Speed 2
* Transfer almonds on paper towel
* Chop onion for 6 seconds on Turbo Speed
* Add the remaining 25g EVO and cook for 3 minutes at 100ºC on Speed 4
* Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes at 100ºC on Reverse/Soft Speed
* Add boiling water and TM stock. Cook for 12 minutes at 100ºC on Reverse/Soft Speed
* Adjust pepper and salt if needed. Add all the almonds and cook for 2 more minutes at 100ºC on Reverse/Soft Speed
* You can sprinkle with some nigella seeds if you wish

em - it was so yummy, the only thing I will change next time is to add some white wine as well. I also served it with rice. dh loved it and had the leftovers for breakfast!!

we had this last night and it was soo yummy, the only thing i will change next time i make it is to add some white wine as well. i also served it with rice. dh loved it and had the leftovers for breakfast!!

I wondered how it would be with some steamed vegies stirred through at the end. Planned to do that when I make this recipe.

Considering that the kids are usually very picky I am happy yours liked this one ;)
