Hello all,
I am having a few people for dinner tomorrow night and planning on doing a couple of curries. I am going to do the Chicken in Yoghurt.
I also have some lovely pork fillets to use and was wondering if anyone has a curry or similar that would suit pork?
As yet I don't have the Indian cookbook but have ordered it!
Thanks,

Cottchick, riv-mum posted a tropical pork curry here http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1818.0 (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1818.0)
I have a Fruity Pork Curry here http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2485.0 (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2485.0)
No pork curries in the Indian book, not that I could find anyway.

Thanks Judydawn - I suspect not much pork is eaten in India. These both look great.

I'd be inclined to try some of the chicken recipes and substitute the pork in cubes. Should be fine as long as the fillet is not cooked too long.
This one of JD's should give some idea - just add curry type spices? http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2986.0 (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2986.0)
or try the honey glazed chicken with pork as JD did and again add spices? http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3937.0 (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3937.0)

Thank you for these links Thermomixer. The honey glazed chicken one looks fabulous - thank you RoxyS, and thanks to Judydawn for the conversion to pork! I will have a crack at this one and remember to check it at 5 mins as suggested.
I also found one for a steamed pork fillet in the varoma with a black bean sauce but have been to 4 shops and cannot find black beans.

Cottchick, I've done the black bean one but was very disappointed with it. Don't try it on visitors before checking it out for yourself I would suggest. Anyone else done this one and enjoyed it???? I got the black beans from an Asian grocer in a sealed pack (far too big for what I wanted) but you used to be able to buy them in small cans and I couldn't find them anywhere. I think I would substitute black bean sauce for whole black beans but then, I won't be doing it again anyway.
