Title: Recipe Review - Arrabiatta sauce (EDC pge 63)

This was lovely, I added the leftover meatballs to heat them through and served over spaghetti - tasted as good as any you can get in a restaurant in my opinion.  Cookie had mentioned somewhere that this recipe is great as is, no tweaks needed and I have to agree with her.

I agree it is lovely.  It doesn't make a great deal but can easily be doubled.

Thanks - it is a simple & tasty sauce ( and you don't get angry making it in the TMX)  :-* :-*

I have made this many times.

Its a great sauce for pastas, quick & easy.

I use it a lot for caneloni.

I am making it again today.
