I hope you like ;)

Bread with Sunflower Seeds

Ingredients
200g milk
100g water
20g fresh yeast
5g sugar
80g extra virgin olive oil
100g yogurt
250g wholewheat flour
380g all purpose flour
70g roughly chopped walnuts
10g salt

Top
75g yogurt
20g extra virgin olive oil
1-2 handful of sunflower seeds

Preparation
    * Warm milk and water for 1 minute at 37°C on Speed 1
    * Add fresh yeast and sugar, mix for 10 seconds on Speed 4
    * Add oil and yogurt, mix for 10 seconds on Speed 3-4
    * Add wholewheat flour and mix for 15 seconds on Speed 3
    * Add all purpose flour, walnuts and salt. Mix for 30 seconds on Speed 3
    * Knead for 5 minutes
    * Let it rise in TM Bowl with MC on around 45 minutes - 1 hour
    * After risen knead 2 minutes more. You will have a soft, sticky texture dough
    * Cover a tart or cake tin with baking paper and brush with a little oil (I used a 28cm diameter tin)
    * Put dough into tart tin and spread with your hands (Wet your hands a little to work better)

    * Mix yogurt and oil for 10 seconds on Speed 3. Brush it on the top of your bread. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and let it rise for 30 minutes
    * Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes

Afiyet olsun ;)

This looks interesting farfallina. How would you slice it or would you just break pieces of it off to eat?
