Title: Another Risotto Question

Hi everyone,

I am making chicken and mushroom risotto tonight. Just got my TMX last night and already made so much :-) Just wondering would you cook the chicken in the veroma while doing the risotto or would this not work???

Has anyone made chicken and mushroom risotto - all thoughts greatly appreciated

Yep - It works if you want it separate or you can bung it in all together.  ;)
