Nope sorry, the kids dived straight into it!
Tips/Hints:
Well, the kids all just loved it. In fact, they loved it so much they had seconds.... then it was too rich and they couldn't finish their 2nd lot. As I was eating I thought the carob was a bit too bitter and so I popped a white chocolate button into it. It melted and that made it much creamier. Another button was even better. The kids loved this addition as well.

Thought that it should also be in the Special Diets section to help make it easier for those not trawling well enough for Failsafe recipes.

Thanks for that. I was looking through the 'new posts' and thought "Oh look, there's another Carob Custard!!! Oh...wait...." *blush*
Shall I cross-post any Failsafe ones I do, then? I actually was tossing up where to put it.

probabaly best to post in two threads if it is Failsafe - here and wherever it may fit best. If it is only here then many may not see it. If it is in th other threads then those with special dietary needs may miss it.

We actually did this at my demo, as strict failsafers we dont have cocoa, and my consultant wanted 'flavoured' custard. LOL.
I found when I made it again that just 15gms of carob powder is much easier to inhale. :-)
