I have lost my book and urgently need the recipe for tonight... can anyone add it for me??

75g sugar
200g cream
200g milk
3 eggs
40g brandy
Place the sugar into the bowl and mill for 15 secs on speed 9.
Insert butterfly. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes at 80 degrees on speed 4.
Mixture should coat the back of a wooden spoon and will thicken on standing.

We did a different one at ours and it was divine!
250g milk
250g cream
30g butter
50g flour
100g sugar
40g brandy or rum
Place all ingredient into the TM bowl and cook for 7 mnutes at 90C, speed 4.

Think this one is 1001! Not nearly as much as you though Thermomixer ;)
I have been considerably quieter over the last couple of months though. But now that I'm home all day for a few week....

I have just made both of these sauces, both were very nice and turned out perfectly. On taste test I give it to the recipe without the eggs. So much easier than the stove. Bring on Xmas!
