Title: Chicken stock concentrate

Jo very kindly posted the recipe for chicken stock concentrate, I believe from MWOC but I've been looking for it but for the can't find it.Could someone point me in the right direction. ;D

also page 38 of MWOC and pg 22 of FSA

substitute chicken and white wine for red meat and red wine as  MWOC is chicken and the FSA is meat so if you have either you are set  ;)
