I saw this recipe at a TM cooking class and it was delicious - can anyone help me with the details as I'm planning a Morrocan lunch on Sunday

That should read MORROCAN CARROT SALAD!

Did they not give you copies of the recipes they made at that cooking class Greenwitch?  I've only been to a few classes but we had the recipes given to us as one would expect.  This recipe is on page 56 of the A Taste of Vegetarian cookbook.

Moroccan carrot salad is one of my favs!  I could eat it until I turn orange!

LOL - yes, it was in the Taste of Vegetarian cookbook.  I like it chopped finer than they tend to do in classes.

It is so easy & can be varied readily.

It should be on here somewhere.
