Vegetable Parcels
Tweaking
I only used 1 chilli and not as many curry leaves as I didn't have them.
I made the smaller size parcels and just managed to make 15 out of the pastry.

I felt these needed a dipping sauce or something similar so I made the Red Garlic Chutney from the Indian book to go with them.
