Farfallina, thank you so much for this terrific loaf/recipe. I made it today and have just eaten a slice. It is a beautiful loaf. Good texture, moist and good fresh. I added a good handful of craisins,(dried cranberries), and what I have got now is a delicious fruit and nut bread. When I cut the first slice I thought that the Hazelnuts had disappeared. But when I ate it , there they were lurking inside the loaf. It is not too sweet, just the right amount of honey. I would recommend this recipe of Farfallin and it certainly will go on my repeat list with Isi's rolls

Toasted some for breakfast, delicious. Realized that dried Apricots, with or without craisins would be nice.
