Title: How do you make Essene bread using a TMX?
Post by: bellesy on October 17, 2010, 01:33:24 am
I would like to try making Essene bread at home by sprouting wheat berries and then using the TMX as a grinder to make the dough.

Has anyone done this and what do you recommend?  If you have a recipe you know works, I'd love to see it!

Thanks in advance  :-*

Check out Chelsea's work http://fulllittletummies.blogspot.com/search/label/soaking (http://fulllittletummies.blogspot.com/search/label/soaking) and maybe PM her & CB79 for some ideas.
