Title: Helene's Dark Rustic Thermomix Bread

I have been making Helene's Rustic Bread from her blog and really love it.

I use bread improver for the ascorbic acid and have used treacle as I don't have any molasses, reducing the amount to 20g. It is turning out beautifully. Thanks Helene.

Is this better than the 5 seed recipe Cookie?

Hard to say.  It is Helene's version of the 5 seed bread so is very similar. Helene's has the double rise. I think it is marginally better.
