Meat on the Menu
We had this for dinner the other night. I added a bit of cayenne to give it a little heat. We enjoyed it. I served it with rice and the Curry Vegetable Fritters from the Vegetarian book. I think it is important that you use tender meat for this otherwise it could be very tough. I used stir fry beef and it was fine.

Cookie did you follow the vegetable patties recipe as it was? I thought mine lacked a bit of flavour.

Yes I did and I agree with you. We put chilli jam on ours. They do need something.
