Hi, First time posting, I have a recipe that needs to be converted to thermo a friendly version. The recipe is from taste.com.au and is named Cherry Blondies. Thanks in advance for your help. Awesome forum by the way.
Cheers Louise. :)

i'd melt the butter and chocolate on about 60-70' until melted (probably 5 mins or so) then let cool a bit, then add the rest and mix on speed 4-6 til well mixed (scrape down in the middle). voila ;)

Thanks for the quick responses, Looking at the original recipe it doesn't look hard to convert. Yes I agree melting the choc and butter first then let cool then add rest of ingredients. I went cherry picking and have some left over so I tossed some in this and pitted the rest and froze them for something down the track. :)
