Hi, does anyone have a TMX recipe for Latke, please?
Thanks

Could you follow basically the method from the Everyday Cookbook for Potato Cakes. I'm at work at the moment so don't have access to any of my jewish cookbooks, but this link looks similar to what I think I have done in the past.....although if someone could tell me where to buy matzoh meal on the southside of brisbane that would be great. The fruit shop I used to buy matzoh from has closed.

I would either follow the potato cake recipe (although I remember reading some modifications on here, you don't want to process them as long as they say), or use this

replacing the rice with matzo meal. You can either grind down the matza to a coarse consistency in the TMX, or you could replace with breadcrumbs etc. or use something like carrs water crackers ground down if u were desperate
I could raid my cookbooks for another recipe but personally I have always made them without a recipe
enjoy - happy hannukah :)
